The design of this unique building was inspired by traditional Malay architecture. It is located on Jalan Conlay and is attached to the award winning Chulan Hotel. Chulan Tower is surrounded by the lush greenery of KL’s few remaining colonial buildings.

Chulan Tower was completed in 2006, and the design boasts authentic Terengganu Malay architectural design. It also resembles a Chinese pagoda. Its facade is covered with red marbles and large glass windows that add a shot of modern element into the building.

There are various units available for lease, and start from 2,000 sf. Standard unit size offered is 6,500 sf. The building hosts 24-hour security with CCTV surveillance at strategic spots. Chulan Tower also incorporates basement car park.
